Heather Dunsmoor is an 18-year industry veteran. Having previously spent time in radio, label management, tour management, tour booking, and media buying, she found her niche in concert promotion in 1999 and hasn’t looked back.
Heather graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors of Science in Music Business in 2002, moved to New York City in 2006, and has been with Brooklyn’s 150-capacity Union Hall and 500-capacity Bell House since 2008 where she is currently a talent buyer.
Heather loves living near the ocean, eating green chiles, and hanging out with Chihuahuas. Favorite industry memories include touring across the country on a bus with 4 crazy Scottish musicians for half of a year, booking Agnostic Front’s 25-year NYC reunion show and coordinating and booking NYC reunion shows for Seaweed and Christie Front Drive. Heather also spent some time as a concert poster designer – her work can be seen in the Red Rocks Amphitheatre Museum as well as in the book The Art of Modern Rock.
